RingBase CRM for an online school

A CRM that guides each lead from the website form to payment and studying. An operator picks up a lead and calls in one click, while the system tracks response time down to the second and counts call attempts. Then mentors join in with round-robin assignment, statuses, progress pulled from the LMS, student performance zones, notifications and Telegram messaging.

Managers get statistics on operators, mentors and learning, plus an advertising funnel report. There are roles with flexible permissions, Excel export and real-time updates.

This project is under NDA: I don’t disclose the client’s name, and the screenshots use demo data.
